What Is a Pod?

A Netsmartz Pod is a custom-built team of AI or Cybersecurity professionals — hired, trained, and certified specifically for your organization. Once the pod completes training and earns their certifications, they are transferred to your payroll as full-time employees. During the training period, all costs are covered under a transparent, pre-agreed program fee. You interview and approve every candidate before they join the pod, and before they’re deployed to your team.

How the Pod Model Works

Requirement Mapping (Week 1)

We work with your engineering and HR leadership to define: team size, required certifications, tech stack alignment, deployment timeline, and budget parameters.

Talent Sourcing (Weeks 2–3)

We source candidates from Tier 1/Tier 2 engineering colleges (for fresher pods) or from our professional network (for experienced pods). All candidates go through our screening before being shortlisted for your review.

Training Program (Weeks 4–12)

A customized 8–12 week intensive program covering your specific technology stack, tools, and methodologies. Training is delivered by Netsmartz practitioners with hands-on labs and real-world project simulations.

Certification (Week 10–12)

Each pod member sits for their globally recognized certification exam (Azure, AWS, or EC-Council). Our target pass rate is 90%+. Any member who doesn’t pass gets a re-attempt at no extra cost.

Your Interview & Approval (Week 12–13)

You interview every certified pod member. You approve only the candidates who meet your bar. No obligation to take anyone who doesn’t fit.

Deployment & Transition (Week 13–14)

Approved pod members are transitioned to your payroll. We provide a 30-day post-deployment support period to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
